Shipping and Delivery

We ship our products generally within 3 days of receiving the order. For products which require customization or/and manual crafting, it may take upto 7 days to ship your order. Standard Delivery timeline : 3 to 7 days

We ask for at least 3-5 for delivery in India from the date of shipping. For international orders that need shipping outside India, we ask for at least 7-10 days from the date of shipping. We send our international orders through reliable couriers such as Fedex, UPS, TNT, Skynet for speedy service. If you want us to send your order through a specific shipping company, feel free to request us. We will try our best to fulfill your request. However, we do not guarantee that.

Returns, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange or cancel your order. 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can request a replacement within 10 days of delivery. In that case, we will arrange a return pickup at your address within 7 days of your request. Once received the product at our end & after inspection we will send you a fresh product in a new package within next 3 to 5 days. 

In case you wish to cancel the order then you can do so by requesting us. As per our policy, if you cancel the order then the amount you paid will be refunded as a credit which can be used to purchase from our official website upto 1 year. We do not provide cash refund so please make sure you decide firmly before placing an order. 

To initiate a Exchange or cancellation, please contact us with your order ID and issue details. The product must be unused and in its original packaging for exchange eligibility. We do not accept exchanges for items damaged due to customer mishandling. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You must also specify the reason for Cancellation to be eligible for a return. Since we provide certification options for every product, we do not accept reason for return as “Product not original”. If you feel the product is not original then we can provide you certification even after you have purchased the product. The charges for certifications and reverse shipping will be borne by the buyer. 

Note: We do not accept cancellation for any customized order at all as we will share picture of your product before sending to confirm you are 100% satisfied. 

To start an exchange/cancellation, you can contact us at support@ekarudraksha.com. You can also call us into the designated phone numbers mentioned in the contact us page. If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We only accept exchange if the product is :

(i) damaged before or at the process of shipping or/and

(ii) not as the same quality and material as described in the website.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will either repair the damaged item or issue a new one. If there is damage before or at the time of shipping, we will bear the entire responsibility for the return and replace order shipping charges.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as personalized & customized products and services ( energizing pooja ). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. .

Exchanges

Exchanges will be processed and delivered within 7 working days from the date of request.

Refunds

Refunds are provided only in the form of credit. If you cancel the order then the amount you paid will be refunded as a credit as a coupon or wallet balance that can be used to purchase any product from our official website upto 1 year. 

We do not provide cash refund so please make sure you decide firmly before placing an order. 

We will notify you once we’ve decided if the refund was approved or not.
